The Neurological And Physical Abilitation Center (NAPA), was founded in 2008 by Lynette LaScala in Los Angeles, California. Lynette envisioned an organisation that would provide individuals with disabilities cutting edge treatments and therapies.

As a mother of a child who experienced a near drowning accident, Lynette struggled to find quality therapies for her son. She knew that for her son Cody to make any sort of recovery, his rehabilitation needed to be intensive. Unfortunately, her experience was disconnected therapies with hours spent driving across town for appointments. To find the best help, she was forced her to travel around the US, and eventually around the world, seeking out the best treatment options available. This lead to the creation of NAPA Center, bringing the best therapies available under one roof in Los Angeles, CA.

Hundreds of Australian families have made the trip to LA to access the NAPA experience, making it a logical step to have a full-time set-up on Australian shores.

NAPA Centre will be supported in Sydney by Louise and Michael Conn, who like Lynette, are parents to a daughter with severe cerebral palsy. The Centre will be led by Australian therapists, Clare MacFarlane (Physiotherapist), Ali Gebhardt (Occupational Therapist), and Susie Borg (Speech Therapist).

NAPA Centre is one of the leading paediatric therapy clinics in the USA, and we have now opened in Lane Cove West! NAPA offers a new, intensive, forward thinking & effective approach to your child's developmental needs. NAPA is a multi-disciplinary clinic, with internationally trained Physio, Occupational & Speech therapists.

Offering tailored therapy programs for children of all ages with a variety of complex disorders including Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down's Syndrome, acquired brain injuries, developmental delays, oral motor delays and more.

NAPA has an internationally recognised early intervention & intensive therapy program for children. Our Physios and OTs use a combination of NeuroSuit, CME, SpiderCage Therapy, alongside traditional physio, occupational and speech/feeding therapy to holistically help your child. This unique combination of therapies is not currently available in any other Australian clinic.
