360 Degrees Holistic Health Studio

About

Welcome to 360 Degrees, a holistic health clinic that offers comprehensive wellness services catering to all levels of health and wellbeing. We are a small clinic with multi-skilled therapists, offering an extensive range of treatments without having to see multiple staff

Here at 360 Degrees we endeavour to promote a distinctive approach to the diagnosis, therapeutic treatment and prevention of movement dysfunctions, and aim for standards of excellence in all aspects of our services. We also aim to provide a long term solution to your problem, by providing advice on prevention and self-management of your condition.

Our combination of manual therapy (which may include Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Bowen Therapy, Emmett Therapy, Naturopathy and/or Remedial Massage) along with therapeutic exercise; delivers the active correction of inefficient movement patterns, maximises injury prevention, increases flexibility and core strength, and in turn increases your overall wellness.

Come join us and experience our personalised care, tailored to your specific health needs. Services offered include; Pilates, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Remedial Massage, Dietetics, Yoga, Emmett Therapy, Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Bowen Therapy, Gyrotonic and Group Outdoor Training.

We aim to make our services as flexible as possible in order to simplify looking after yourself:

- Multi-skilled therapists and a small team of staff, meaning you only need one initial consult to access a wide range of therapy options.

- Simplified payment and timetable options to reduce overall cost of multiple therapies.

- Forget rigid structures or rules: Simply pay for our time. Whether it be a combination session of manual therapy and exercise, a duet pilates session with a friend, a class with a group of colleagues, or a mat class with your running group, let us know your needs and we will do our best to meet them.

*All services are health fund claimable and no doctors referral is necessary.
