Established in 2003.

Ania Sobieraj and Andrew Scott completed Masters degrees in Physiotherapy (Sports) in 2001. They both had a lot of experience in treating painful conditions and injuries in people of all ages and backgrounds, from professional sportsmen to regular people with regular back and neck pain. So together Ania and Andrew started Mawson Lakes Physiotherapy, and then Edwardstown Physiotherapy. These were combined under the HealthMoves Physiotherapy name in 2015.

Andrew is both a UK and Australian-trained physiotherapist. He completed his undergraduate training in the UK at the University of Brighton in 1996, and his Master of Physiotherapy (Sports) at The University of South Australia in 2001. His education has continued throughout his career with courses and training, including Clinical Pilates, the treatment of Positional Vertigo (Dizziness) and the use of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture for pain relief.

Andrew has worked as the head physiotherapist for Middlesex County Cricket Club, based at Lord's cricket ground in London, and for Lewes Rugby Club, also in the UK. Now firmly settled with his family in Adelaide he works on recreational athletes, and a varied mix of clients, with an evidence based approach to assessment and treatment.

A one-time Marathon runner, he still finds the time for the occasional light jog, and he makes it out onto the soccer field as the coach for his sons U8 side.
