Home Health Rehab are a mobile team of dedicated physiotherapist providing home, workplace or nursing home physiotherapy treatment to people throughout the City of Greater Geelong and Surf Coast Shire.

We are passionate about providing treatment to people in their own homes as we know first hand the difficultly of attending treatment after an injury, illness or restricted mobility. We have heard many times that people are able to complete their exercises when they are in the clinic, gym or hospital but have difficulty transferring this to a home setting. Home physiotherapy sessions allow us to work towards each individual's goals and teach them how to achieve this within their own environment.
