I acknowledge that each woman has her own unique individual story and I respect, value and honour that story. I utilise a wide range of techniques, modalities and skills to successfully transform and empower you. Moving beyond the typical boundaries of traditional therapeutic models, I offer a directive approach, one that is pragmatic, holistic and effective. I will assist you in revealing and healing the core issues that are preventing your ideal life in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Together, we will create outcomes that promote lasting change within you.

I offer both one on one packages either face to face or online as well as small intimate groups. I believe, that when women share amazing things happen, and in that "ah ha" or "me too" moment, we feel personally empowered and deeply connected on a universal level.
