Hugh has extensive experience in the public, private and community sectors where he has worked in management, policy development and service delivery roles. He has worked as a consultant, mediator, educator and group facilitator and counsellor.

Hugh is a creative and innovative relationship counsellor and family therapist, coach, supervisor, and mediator. He is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and nationally accredited mediator.

In a professional career spanning more than thirty years, Hugh has assisted many individuals, families and groups to make transitions in life. He brings fresh insights to issues, and empowers clients to create their ideal solutions and directions in life.
