Whether Holistic or more mainstream; counselling is available to all people of differing beliefs. A combination of modalities are used for the best outcome of each individual, which is personalised on the day.

Counselling helps bring the subconscious to present awareness so the mind can fully heal, which creates lifelong behavioural changes for the better. Prayer Counselling is also available for those who wish to access this service.

Holistic counselling is a journey of Self-Discovery. Through active listening and intuitive guidance, while allowing your story to unfold we discover the limiting patterns, behaviours or beliefs. When these beliefs or emotions - which are trapped in the cells - are brought to conscious awareness, they can be released in the loving privacy of the counselling room.

After these emotions are released, the cells are able to regenerate at a higher frequency of love; helping to create a more loving life and happier mindset.
