Affinity Wellness is a holistic wellness practice offering Kinesiology and Counselling services in Melbourne, Australia. We offer a complete holistic wellness experience by focusing on all of your health and wellness needs for body, mind and spirit.

We can help you to achieve a greater sense of balance and health because we practice our therapies from a holistic standpoint, that means that we taking into account your physical, nutritional, emotional and spiritual wellness needs, we know that when one of these important aspects is out of balance it can cause imbalances in other areas.

Our aim is to help you achieve increased health, energy, happiness, fulfillment, performance and productivity by removing blockages and stressors that hinder your growth. We are here to help you to balance and re-connect with your body, inner-self, values, goals and dreams and identify underlying issues that are creating illness and/or preventing you from achieving your goals.

We value your physical and emotional wellbeing and strive to help you to achieve a vibrant, active and fulfilling life. As an Affinity client you will be treated as the unique individual that you are.

We want you to feel supported in your journey with us, you can expect to be treated with care and discretion in an open, non-judgemental environment by experienced, caring practitioners. We make sure that your appointments start and finish on time, confidentiality is kept and that you fully understand all information that arises during your session. We will also make sure that you are provided with adequate support to help you to continue the on the path to change, this may include nutritional support, exercise programs and/or tasks and strategies that you can carry out at home between visits.
