Luttick Health is a private practice dedicated to psychological wellbeing. It is committed to a holistic approach to treatment and acknowledges the complex interactions of genetic, physiological, psychological, spiritual, sociological and environmental influences which impact on our health and wellbeing, and seeks to cultivate a supportive environment in which these can be addressed.

Specialising in depression, anxiety and mental health issues in adults. Specialising also in pregnancy and the perinatal period and adolescent and young adult mental health.

Therapeutic modes adopted include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Meditation training, Relaxation training and Experiential based therapies.

Specialising in the treatment of depression and anxiety and other mental health issues including post and antenatal depression and anxiety as well as adolescent and young adult mental health issues. Medicare funding avail - up to 12 sessions (18 spec circumstances). Pregnancy issues including complications and termination issues. Medicare funding avail for 3 sessions of pregnancy related issues.

Seminars/ talks available for local schools, community groups, health care centres and workplaces on mental health issues including managing stress and self-care.

Group therapy also available as part of an overall health care plan.
