Clients present with a range of issues and symptoms and these presenting symptoms are the window into what the worry is.

People who present with worries are simply seeking some understanding and insight into how to make a difference in their lives.

We all come to this kind of practice because something isn't working for us. It is healthy and beneficial to talk to someone objective, neutral and confidential - someone who can just listen.
