The Counsellor

About

Monique has worked as a counsellor for over fifteen years in a range of health settings including the mental health sector, general hospitals and more recently in private practise. Monique hold's a doctorate in counselling and psychotherapy and is able to provide a personalised counselling service to individuals or couples.

As a counsellor Monique helps people with relationship issues, life cycle struggles, and mental health issues including anxiety and depression. She also provides counselling to people for work related matters and issues around low self esteem and diminished confidence.
