If you would like to come along and have a talk about yourself and work through some of your baggage, so you can leave it behind and move on, we'd love to share the journey with you. We can talk about whatever is on your mind. It's just good to talk to someone else outside of your own head and get some clarity.

There are many reasons for relationship coaching. Maybe your relationship is alright, but you'd like it to be better. Maybe you're relationship is not so good, and you need some guidance to work things out. Although your relationship may seem at breaking point, often a few simple tips on communication and conflict resolution can help a great deal.

We get into poor habits which we have probably copied from our parents, and we end up stuck in an unhappy rut. You can break out of that rut and find yourself happier and more fulfilled than you ever thought possible. A happy relationship is not beyond your reach. Six weeks is often enough to reignite the passion and put you and your partner on the road to Blissville.

Couples counselling can help overcome tensions and develop a more enjoyable and fulfilling relationship with your significant other. I used research based methods developed by Dr John Gottman and his wife Julie, over 40 years. I have completed additional training with the Gottman Institute to be able to offer you this excellent resource. We have a plan and a system that really works.

I am qualified to facilitate How To Drug Proof Your Kids and Born Survivors - a suicide prevention program for parents to help their children. You will have the answers to difficult questions after attending these courses.
