Joshua Davis is an experienced psychologist providing customised psychological therapy for a range of problems to adults, adolescents and children. Joshua has a special interest in using CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and where applicable, Family Therapy approaches with his clients. Joshua also utilises a feedback system (Session Rating Scale) at the end of each session so that the client can provide feedback on the following key areas: The degree to which the client felt heard, understood and respected; The extent to which we worked on what the client wants to work on; The psychologist�s approach or method; and overall the degree to which the session was 'right' for the client. This 2-5 minute process allows the psychologist to adapt his style and focus to suit the client's needs, thus improving the speed and effectiveness of the service.
