Legacy Counselling Service was created to complement the existing services found at "Its Heaven on Earth" in Byford. As the Counsellor here, my aim is to enable you to better understand your emotions and feelings and to assist you to learn new ways of coping and behaving. From an honest, open and spiritual perspective I aim to get you through the here and now problems while enabling you to feel positive and empowered to handle whatever challenges life may present you with in the future. Counselling is an effective tool to help resolve difficult or painful problems. It can be used in conjunction with prescription medication as an extra resource in the fight against depression and anxiety in a bid to make daily life easier to navigate.
