We are experienced pediatric speech pathologists who specialize in all facets of pediatric and adolescent communication difficulties including speech (articulation), language, fluency, social interaction, and literacy.

Melbourne Speech Pathology (MSP) provides therapy in the clients home or school/kinder/day care. Home visits result in more positive relationships with children and their families and lead to improved communication with the parents, better understanding of the child, and better understanding of the impact of the child's home environment as it relates to communication.

School visits aide in building a link between language and literacy work and the curriculum. Communication between teachers and speech pathologists result in a holistic approach to manage the child's difficulties as well as professional development.

We can also offer screening of whole classes to identify children with speech and/or language needs or assessment of those already identified by school staff. This can be offered to parents within the school as an optional extra and they will be billed individually, or offered under the school budget. MSP are able to provide staff training on speech and language difficulties and how best to manage within the classroom or in 1:1 time.
