We understand that purchasing a home can be a stressful time and that fast delivery of the report is very important. For this reason we aim to have your report delivered by email within 24 hours of gaining access to the dwelling.

All building and thermal timber pest inspections are carried out by qualified trades people according to the guidelines set out in AS4349.1-2007 Inspection of Buildings and AS4349.3-2010 Timber Pest Inspections. Also, even though it is not a requirement of the Office of Fair Trading, we do have professional indemnity insurance with QBE for both the building and the timber pest inspections.

We are also qualified and accredited by the Building Professionals Board to carry out swimming pool certification as required by state legislation for the sale and leasing of properties that comes into effect in April 2016, these inspections are carried out according to the legislation which varies according to the age of the pool.
