First Choice Building Consultants

About

We give you piece of mind before buying your family home or investment property by carrying out a thorough inspection prior to your building purchase. Our building services include: Pre Purchase Building Inspections, Defect Inspections, Mould Inspections, Asbestos Inspections, Pest Inspections and General Construction advice.

Our inspection process involves an onsite building inspection. If problems are identified, we investigate further and research the issues where necessary. Once we are satisfied with the findings, we prepare a detailed and easy to understand written report. We are more than happy to explain things further if you would like extra clarification.

You can find us in Sydney's Inner West and we service the Sydney area.

All of our inspectors are all licensed builders with specialised qualifications in carrying out building and pest inspection.

We are able to provide you with a written report in most cases within 24 hours. If you are considering purchasing a home, renovating or demolishing your existing home or simply after peace of mind, give us a call to discuss your options.
