About

We specialise in Building inspections for pre purchase building inspections Brisbane which exceed the AS4349.1 - 2007.

New home inspection reports as per the Australian Standard 4349.0 - 2007 often known as pre Hand over inspection or practical completion inspection. Typically a walk through with the supervisor if not conducted by a licensed building inspector.

When your builder advises you that your inspection is ready, contact us and we will organise your building inspection and meet you on site.

Our building inspections will include the roof (accessible with 3.6m ladder on the ground) ceiling cavity, internal, external and the site.

All reports are emailed the next working day including photos.

Our loyalty is to you the client.

Fully licensed and insured.

Builder with 30+ years experience and member of Master Builders IBC, H.I.A and Timber QLD.

One Call does it all. We will organise your building inspection for you. If you require a pest inspection, we will organise one with your chosen pest inspector or one of our preferred termite inspectors and contractors. 4 eyes are better than 2.

We often get asked if why we don't do pest inspections. Well a normal inspection is around 1 to 2 hours for the building inspection and the pest companies that we use often take 1 - 2 hours and have years of experience in the pest industry. They will be able to assist you with your pest requirements in years to come.

We welcome you on site as it is much easier to discuss the inspection and answer questions when you are able to see what we saw but if that is not possible then the inspector will give you a call after the inspection.

If you require a pool &pump inspection, Pool fence safety Inspection, Electrical inspection or Plumbing inspection then please advise when booking and we will organise these inspections to be conducted at the same time that Pro-Check Building Services is engaged to conduct your building inspection in the greater Brisbane areas, North Brisbane to Caboolture, East Brisbane, South Brisbane to Gold Coast and the greater Ipswich areas.

Call to book or find out more 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am -4pm Saturday and Sunday.

As we are very hands on sometimes we are unable to answer at that point in time, so please leave a message if we don't answer and we will call you back.
