Fred Centofanti is the director of C&W Building Services Pty Ltd and is a licensed builder and a qualified building inspector with over 30 years experience in the commercial and residential sector of the building industry. He is an Associate Member of the Association Of Building Consultants and a Member of the Housing Industry Association, and carries out all inspections personally.

PRE PURCHASE INSPECTIONS

An inspection of the building including the roof, walls, floors, wet areas and services is carried out. You are encouraged to attend nearing the end of the inspection so that defects observed and noted can be shown to you. After the inspection a typed report is prepared and sent to you by fax or email as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS

Technical Reports

Inspection and reports on specific problems or defects with a building or with building work. They can be carried out for the Owner or the Builder.

Inspections During Constructions

These are carried out as a package, for clients who are building a new home or an addition with a Builder. They are staged to coincide with progress claims where possible. A Hand Over Inspection is included in this package.

Hand Over Inspections

This type of inspectiopn is carried out at completion of a new home or addition.

BUILDING ADVICE

Fred provides advice on defects, existing or proposed building work. This is generally carried out on a hourly rate basis.
