Our Experienced Asbestos Assessors and Occupational Hygienists provide all types of Asbestos Testing, Inspection & Consultancy services for all built environments and client profiles.

BENSS' Asbestos Inspection Reports contain an Asbestos Register, in accordance with the requirements of National Workplace Health and Safety Regulations. Our Reports and Registers are designed to be clear and easy to use for staff, contractors and site management. Photographs, Risk Assessments and Management Recommendations are included to assist with identification of materials, and effective management of potential exposure risks.

If asbestos materials are identified or presumed present in the workplace, an Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) must be documented, setting out what will be done, when, how and by whom, to manage asbestos risks. BENSS can assist with planning and undertaking all aspects of the AMP, including specifications for training for staff, contractors and management.

Our Independent Occupational Hygienists also undertake visual inspections and air monitoring, to issue a Clearance Certificate when areas are safe to reoccupy.
