Pre-purchase inspections

Our house inspections identify all major and minor defects. We give you specialised advice regarding rectification and assist in any building related questions. We are fully registered and insured builders who will explain any issues clearly and professionally.

Pest and termite inspections

A Melbourne House check pest and termite inspection will identify any evidence of termite activity, borer activity and fungal decay. We utilise the Termatrac T3i which is world class termite detection equipment and we are trained and insured timber pest inspectors.

New Building Defect Inspections

If your new building or renovation project has been completed with unsatisfactory defects, Melbourne House Check can inspect the work and prepare a comprehensive and detailed report that documents all major and minor defects. The inspection is undertaken by fully registered and insured builders and is conducted in accordance with the Australian Standard. The report will make recommendations for rectification of defects.
