Carpet Repair Specialist

Pet damage and iron burns are my repair specialities.

Carpet Repairs / Patching

To carry out a quality patch repair takes a master technician who strives for perfection to make it look as invisible as possible.

Carpet patching is an art and takes a great amount of expertise. The rows of the carpet and the direction of the fibre must be perfectly aligned, the seams must be cut as invisible as possible. All these elements have to be combined by practised hands to achieve the best possible result, so as the repair/patch will not be noticeable.

As I specialise in this type of work, I have the required skills and extensive 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE. I use STATE OF THE ART, imported from America, HI-TECH equipment, not readily available in Australia, to carry out an excellent job for you.

An extra piece of the same carpet is required, however if you do not have any, I can take the carpet from inside a cupboard, or from under a piece of furniture.

Seam Repairs

Split seams in doorways, halls and rooms can be repaired. I re-cut, trim and join the seams, then power stretch your carpet back into place.

I can also repair frayed/worn carpets where they meet the edges of kitchens or bathrooms tiled/wood thresholds, using similar methods.

Rick has a reputation for superior workmanship, coupled with client satisfaction, which enables him to rely predominantly on word of mouth referrals. Rick listens and assists.

"I called Rick on Wednesday morning to see if he could repair some water damaged carpet. He arranged to call in on Friday morning to see what he could do. He arrived on time and did the job that day. You cannot see the join unless you are looking with a magnifying glass. I will certainly call Rick again if I need any other carpet repairs."
