Beenleigh Patios

About

We build with powder coated aluminum for frame work (No rust and better looking then steel) coupled with sandwich panel roofing which provides superior weather resistance especially against the sun.

High gloss single skin roof eventually loses its so called "Heat reflective" properties. That's why we've turned to using sandwich panel roof which contains a polystyrene core ranging from 50mm to 100mm thick with color bond steel adhered to underside and topside ... surfaces. Hence the term "Sandwich Panel". This all comes with a 10 year guarantee so you can be assured of quality. Sandwich panel roof also has great spanning capabilities (up to 8.5metres) meaning if attached to the house the next support beam can be 8.5metres away. That's massive!! and as a result there's no rafters, battens or screws seen, leaving a clean steel powder coated surface. (Take a look at pictures to see the difference). Sandwich panels also provide a soundproofing against the annoying noise when it storms and rains.

Along with top of line products and aesthetics we provide very competitive prices due to very low overheads. And if you receive a cheaper quote than ours we'll beat it by 5%.
