About

*Weekly/fortnightly maintenance cleans from $61/2hrs + $21 per additional hour each visit. Includes kitchen and appliances wiped, dishes, dusting, bathrooms, making beds, washing clothes, ironing, vacuuming, mopping (15mins/hour of spring cleaning tasks: e.g. oven/range hood, skirtings, cobwebs, window sills, cupboards wiped out, windows cleaned, air con filters cleaned, ceiling fans, exhaust fans and light covers removed and cleaned, laundry sink scrubbed, wall washing, etc.)

Using your products/equipment is cheaper in the long-term. If you need some or all products/equipment provided $5-10 additional charge per visit.

*Cleans required infrequently (over 2 weeks later), once-off and/or more than 15mins/hour of spring cleaning tasks per booking charged at $135/2hrs + $45 per additional hour with all equipment and products provided. No end-of-lease bookings due to time constraints.

FACTS & LIMITATIONS:

- hourly rate quotes only, as objectives commonly change on the day. Please book a sufficient time approximation for objectives to be met reasonably, if finished early you only pay for the hours worked :) Your highest priorities will be cleaned 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.

- all cleans must be paid in cash on the day, unless a written text agreement is made to supply bank details for online transfer prior to the booking. Hand written receipts only.

- client must be home or contactable by phone during the clean to ensure tasks required are clearly communicated, especially for once-off cleans.

- I'm not insured for commercial or business office cleaning (home offices okay).

- window cleaning is limited to ground level on a 3-step painters ladder for in and outside. 2nd story windows or those obstructed by stairs/outdoor plants will be hosed with water only. Please hire a window cleaning service that has a licence for ladder heights if streak-free outside 2nd story window cleaning is required.

- no after-party cleans at hotels/holiday homes.

- I do not provide a carpet/upholstery cleaning service or professional blind/curtain cleaning (dust blinds only).

- for wall washing, ovens, windows, spring cleaning tasks, move-in/move outs or spring cleaning for rental inspections, please explain your situation, objectives and condition of the home when booking for sufficient time approximations and the correct equipment is supplied.

- strictly no end-of-lease bookings due to time constraint pressure's on the client.

- for workplace safety purposes, no asbestos suspicious areas that are not properly sealed/painted will be cleaned and no rooms exposed to airborne asbestos/renovation dust will be entered into. This also means strictly no post-renovation cleaning or pressure cleaning. Please search for a local licenced asbestos cleaning service and you can also search YouTube videos 'asbestos Betty House' for examples of risky cleaning tasks.

- for safety reasons, specific tasks like nicotine stained walls, extreme wall/ceiling washing or wall mould cleaning is limited to 3 hour maximum per visit. You can book me to come back on another day until objective completed.
