We recycle as much building material as possible this saves on land fill and also on the environment. Also this reduces the cost of the demolition work.

We are fully Licenced for Asbestos Removal and all work is carried out according to Work cover specifications. License No. 207426.

We are also fully insured for both asbestos removal and transportation of Asbestos. Insurance policies include Public Liability, Work Cover, Products Liability plus more.

Removal of asbestos products should only be undertaken by licensed contractors. Essential safety precautions must include wearing a respirator and overalls, notifying neighbours, wetting down materials, use of non-powered hand tools, wrapping waste in clearly labelled plastic and immediate disposal of waste to an approved site. We also spray all asbestos with PVA Sealer to seal any loose fibres.

On Completion of each job we will have the site Assessed by an independent person and we will provide you with a Copy of the Clearance Certificate along with a copy of the work cover notification form.

When access is tight and working area is at a minimum – or a need for transporting soil uphill or downhill, we use as a conveyer system. Whilst using a conveyer belt all care is taken to minimize any disturbance to Landscaping & Fragile areas. They are available in increments of 6 meters, and to whatever length is needed to complete the job.

Concrete Breaker Machine

This machine with crush a concrete slab, driveway with minimum effort and noise, whilst leaving rubble that can be taken away for recycling or use yourself as road base, the reo will just be lifted out by the excavator.

With adjustable drop heights, breaks up to 8 and 12 inch thick concrete, respectively. At maximum drop height of 30 inches, units deliver approximately 30 strokes/min. For jobs requiring less force, adjustable stroke setting allows operators to increase speed.

This breaker has a 13 hp engine and 1,080 lb breaking weight. This machine is designed to minimize both noise and dust.

Goninan & Sons send all recycled building materials to The Building Recyclers Depot at Jack Grant Ave, Warnervale, NSW.
