Termiwatch

About

Termites (white ants) cause millions of dollars of destruction to houses and commercial buildings in Australia each year. Termites don't discriminate and will attack any site which will provide them with the food they constantly require and their constant underground foraging can go unseen until the damage they wreak is obvious and by then…it could be too late.

To combat the scourge of termites, it's essential to firstly be aware of the damage they can cause and secondly, to provide protection to your property against termites. Termiwatch provides a first line of defence against termites. It is a proven method of firstly detecting any termite activity in your area and then monitoring subsequent activity once other suitable preventative and destructive methods have been used against the termites.

The Termiwatch system employs a system of ground monitoring stations containing a special wooden "attractant' for termites. If there are termites foraging with the vicinity of this attractant, their activity can easily be seen through a transparent top on each station.

Termiwatch is a DIY system that has been used on many sites, both commercial and residential, and has been proven to be both effective and easy to use. In Perth, places like Murdoch University and the Old Treasury Building in the CBD use Termiwatch and internationally, over 2 million sites (both commercial and residential) use Termiwatch or a similar system to detect and monitor termites.

For Termite detection and monitoring around your home, Termiwatch is by far and away, the simplest and easiest to install and use. It's 100% designed and manufactured in Australia for Australian conditions. Visit the Termiwatch website for more details.
