With the introduction of new Pool Safety Laws by the NSW Government, from 29th April 2016 pool owners must obtain a valid Certificate of Compliance prior to selling your property. Our job is to help ensure your current pool barrier is compliant and safe with the pool safety standards and laws of New South Wales prior to selling your property. If it is not compliant on the day of the inspection, we can advise you immediately on how to rectify the issues to ensure it is compliant.

This will give you the best chance of obtaining a Certificate of Compliance as soon as possible.
