Selling or renting you need a Pool Safety Certificate.

Pool Safety inspections and Certificates

This process consists of 1 or 2 inspection's. If on the first inspection there are no issue's found then a Pool Safety Certificate can be issued. If however there are issue's found either you or myself can carry out the repairs and then the Pool Safety Certificate can be issued. Please be aware that not all Inspectors are licensed with the Pool Safety Council to carry out repairs. This is evident on the back of the Inspectors licence.

First Inspection $140

Pool Fence Maintenance.

I am licensed with the Pool Safety Council for all minor maintenance. I am also a BSA licensed structural landscaper. I have also spent the last 25 years in the building trades. Please do not trust your repairs to someone with no qualifications.

Maintenance Costs.

$70 an hour plus materials

Pre-Sale Pool Inspection's.

I also carry out inspection's for people who are buying a house. This includes a fence safety inspection, Visual inspection of the pool surrounds and inspection of the pool filter and pump. I include a report with colour photo's of all issue's if any.
