About

Pro Pool Services are the fastest growing pool maintenance operation in Melbourne's South East. We have over 300 regular clients who are thrilled that they have finally found a professional, reliable and knowledgeable pool service that they can count on.

Our shop located at 9 Chapel Road, Moorabbin has plenty of parking out front and friendly, helpful staff inside ready to help you with water testing, chemical or equipment sales and general or specific advice.

We are approved installers and repairers for Astral and Hayward pool equipment.

The Director, David Sharp, has a wealth of knowledge and experience and a philosophy of KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid. We aim to make the customer understand his pool and how best to look after it without spending big dollars on unnecessary products or equipment. He'll only recommend what you need and help you to spend the least amount of money to achieve the most amount of enjoyment and satisfaction.

Pool ownership can be fraught with expenses and stress and we see many people resenting their pools. But we recognise that this is caused by receiving bad advice and being sold expensive products that don't help the situation.

For example, we received a call from a customer who was losing water. He'd spend thousands over years trying to rectify the issue. His last pool company told him he had to excavate his entire front yard to find the leak which would have resulted in thousands of dollars spent.

David found the issue was 1 elbow joint in a pipe. It costed the customer $50 in parts and labour. He was floored at how easily we found the solution and how cheap it was to fix.

We want happy customers who trust us. And that's why we are the fastest growing pool maintenance company in Melbourne. Customer service and trust are important virtues of a business model and we take this seriously.

So if you're looking for a local pool shop with a high level of customer service, professionalism and integrity, you've come to the right place.

So come and see us at Chapel Road, Moorabbin for all your pool needs. And if it's a hot day, you can drop in next door to the milk bar and grab a cold drink or icy pole for the kids to keep them happy.
