PlusTime

About

Jobs are flexible and anything is possible. Set up recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly jobs. Have the ability to rotate tasks to ensure a full property maintenance clean is completed over whatever period you like!

Completely build your own clean, change up rooms and tasks from week to week. If you set up a recurring job there is no need to create that job over and over our system will generate and determine if a new job needs to be created automatically.

All cleaners are run through a rigorous screening process, we call it our 35 point check and cleaners must pass all points to be eligible to use PlusTime. You can guarantee that your service is secure, all payments are taken through our secure payment gateway Braintree (PayPal), we are PCI compliant and our whole site is hosted on HTTPS.

The best part is all cleans are reviewed! The cleaners rating is always updated and reflects their current standing. Every clean is also backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have an issue with clean we make the process easy and less stressful with the option to raise a dispute. This is a either a message to the cleaner or a request to return, free of charge.

PlusTime was built with cleaners and clients in mind. With years of experience in the cleaning industry, dedication to customer satisfaction and motivated cleaners PlusTime is the platform you can count on when you need to organise your cleaning services.

No longer are cleaners bound by a time limit. This leads to cleaners moping around and completing substandard quality levels. We offer a fixed task, fixed price service that allows the cleaners to work at their own pace and ensure high quality work is being performed every clean.
