Cutting-edge CNC Processing:

Samaras Structural Engineers' CNC Processing Systems are state-of-the-art, providing the capacity to process 300-400 tonnes of steel per week.

Our cutting-edge equipment includes DAITO Beam Lines, complete with a notching/shaping robot.

Samaras also recently commissioned a new Automated Beam Welding & Straightening Machine with a high-precision synchronized drive and two sets of single-ac, double-wire welding machines operating simultaneously using submerged arc automatic welding technology. Automatic cambering of beams and continuous one-pass straightening of horizontal & vertical deformation ensure safer, quicker and more efficient beam manufacture.
