This website was inspired by the catastrophic floods which have caused such heartache and suffering for so many Queenslanders in particular and many more people in New South Wales and Victoria as well.

The site is designed to assist victims whose homes or businesses have been inundated by flood waters.

In particular it is focused on destruction of mould and odour which seriously threaten the health of affected building occupants, both during the reconstruction phase and after repair as well. As, if not correctly treated, mould spores present in timber frame wall in particular will regenerate in future high humidity conditions (e.g., rainfall).

In addition the site covers other affected areas of human and animal health such as potable water treatments, food and horticultural mildew problems, swimming pool restoration, respiratory and fungal infections which affect family pets and livestock.

This site is owned by Zychem Technologies Pty Ltd, a Queensland firm with 13 years specialist experience in antibacterial, antiviral, anti parasitic and antifungal treatments utilising the amazing properties of chlorine dioxide.

The site contains general information which may be of assistance to flood victims as well as specific product information relating to the various flood assist technologies available from Zychem's distributor, Ezychem Marketing (Aust) Pty Ltd.
