Modarch Pty Ltd

About

ModArch spezializes in residential dwellings as well as commercial and industrial buildings. 3D software visualization allows the client to see the development of the design.

We give you sincere and expert advice on the use of environmentally friendly, green materials and technologies – including energy rating.

We understand that there are a lot of, ‘green experts’, giving advice on many products. We pride ourselves in the expertise we have accumulated in this area. Our philosophy is to build sustainable green homes, that are functional and make a real contribution to energy efficiency. We provide our clients with advice on the use of sustainable materials and cutting edge technology to ensure that together we create the dream home you have envisaged.

Modarch can advise you about reducing toxic fumes in the home by recommending materials that have either no or low Volatile Organic Compounds – VOC – that is, less pollutants than others. Hence reducing the chances of your home becoming a ‘sick building’ in the future.

We create high quality 3D architectural designs for commercial and residential properties. Our main focus is on creating an architecturally aesthetic building that is environmentally friendly and technically sound and safe for you our Client.

At ModArch we work in close co-operation with our client. We come to you if you are busy and we work around your time schedule to accommodate you.
