AMERCO Drafting is a small firm that can handle a total project from the start of a concept design through to a council approval. Our business prides itself on delivering projects promptly and accurately through one on one customer service.

We listen to your desires and work with you to create a design that results in a product that you can be proud of.

Our aim is to convey the excellence of design in both form and function, regarding all designed plans and building provisions. With our local and international experience in styles and methods ranging from modern to conventional, we incorporate the latest ideas, materials, construction techniques and computer programs (CAD) resulting in a sustainable design and a quality built home. We also have widespread experience with local council approval processes.

At AMERCO Drafting, we provide a full range of building design services including, but not limited to; design concepts, council documentation such as, site plans, floor plans and elevations, detailed drafting plans, purpose written specifications, consultant liaison and council liaison. We are also able to provide you with access to highly regarded consultants that may need to be used during the project.

Some of these external consultants include ANZAS & Associates Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd who organise and provide engineering drawings, storm water management plans and structural engineering designs. Access to land and quantity surveyors, landscape architects, energy rating designers and shadow diagram designers are also available, as well Project Management Services to assist owner builders.
