Urban Box Design

About

At Urban Box Design we offer an individual design service in the residential market from initial concept design right through to construction drawings. We specialise in custom new homes and large scale additions and work one on one with you to design all aspects of your project and create the dream home you have always imagined.

Being a boutique residential design practice, we work with builders and local authorities to ensure that whatever your dream is, it is individually designed and documented with great care and attention to detail. We have a strong emphasis on solar passive design principles and we are committed to raising the benchmark for affordable sustainable residential design.

As a full service practice we are able to help you from the initial contact right through to finding the right builder to construct your new home or addition. We also use external consultants for our Surveys, Energy Assessment Evaluations and Structural Engineers who are all professionals in their field for your peace of mind.
