Introducing ‘CARFIBE’

High Performance carbon fibre facade cladding and panelling products. A new Australian innovation for the building industry.

These lightweight hand crafted, extremely rigid composite sandwich panels consist of epoxy resin coated ‘A’ Grade CARBON FIBRE encased around a 12mm Fire Retardant coated core panel.

The panels are then finished with 2 coats of UV stabilised marine grade gel coat, then polished with a permanent ceramic automotive clear coating.

As all panels are hand cast to customers specific size and shape requirements, minimal labour is needed to process sheets when delivered on site, a huge saving on site labour and work platform hire costs etc.

With concealed fixing using double sided tape, a quick task of peeling off tape and placing onto steel framework.

A sikaflex bead around the edges and the job is completed.

Panels can be made to almost any size and shape in flat form. Also, L shaped, U shaped, concave and convex surfaces can be formed. All flat panels come with a minimum 17mm edge return to give the panel ‘depth’ for the express joint look, with a lustre that shifts with the light.
