About

About Us

I have spent 23 years in the industry and have watched as market share and margins have become more important than the customer. I know the industry well and I have a great respect for my customers and am dedicated in bringing back through Bayside Coolrooms great customer service, quality products and a person to person relationship.

We are a family operated and owned business supplying materials direct to contractors or end users.

We are all about offering a personal experience that is sadly missing when you deal with some larger corporations today. Our business has lower operating costs which enables us to pass on any savings to you. Our business frame work is uncomplicated and you will be dealing directly with the person who understands your instructions and delivery requirements.

"Our mission is to bring back the basics of customer service and we want to work with you and keep the whole process simple."
