Extra pendants can be purchased for the personal alarm if there is more than one person requiring assistance in the same home. Battery back-up is also included in case of power failure.

24 hour Monitoring

Security 1 Solutions can connect your security system to a Graded Control Room for your peace of mind. Via your phone line, any alarm condition from your system is transmitted to the Control Room. Based on specific instructions obtained from you at the set up stage, security patrol services are immediately notified and dispatched to your premises.

Patrols

Security 1 Solutions is linked to specific Patrol Companies who offer 24 hour patrol services by fully licenced and uniformed Officers. Whether you require random checks of your premises or attendance following an alarm, these fully trained staff will deliver a professional, reliable service in the interests of protecting what’s important to you.

Security Activity Reports

Each monitored client has the option of receiving regular reports on the activity of their security system at a small cost. Information contained in reports includes:

•Staff entry/leaving (Dates, times)

•Alarm activity

•Control Room action

These reports can be provided on a weekly or monthly basis, or for specific dates on request.
