Caramelicious is a family-owned artisan caramel producer in Victoria. With a traditional caramel recipe handed down through generations of this French family; Remi Tremsal produces caramels in only small batches. They are simmered slowly to create soft and buttery rich gourmet caramels that true caramel connoisseur love and appreciate.

Caramelicious products are made with the freshest and finest ingredients available, all natural, without artificial flavours, artificial colours, preservatives and are gluten free. The company is pleased to oblige, with not only salted caramels but infusions of four wonderfully natural flavours, vanilla, coffee, cocoa and cocoa hazelnuts.
