Rod Cullen started Rod Cullen & Associates in Hervey Bay in 1987. Cullen & Couper Pty Ltd was formed in 1991 with Adrian Couper & Rod Cullen providing surveying services and assistance with Council applications. Today Cullen & Couper Pty Ltd is a firm comprising Cadastral Surveyors, Town Planners, Environmental Management Consultants, GIS Professionals and Engineering Surveyors.
