The Flying Cow was native to a small restaurant, Merlot's, nestled in the sleepy Perth hills village of Mundaring. It was within this restaurant where chef Chad Sander created the ultimate salad dressing 'Flying Cow Salad Juice'. Now joined by friend and fellow chef Benny Martino their job is to now bring this bottle of genius to the people. Guaranteed to lift your average salad into a complete taste experience.
