We are a structural, geotechnical and civil consultancy that focuses on the success and fulfilled of our clients.

We were established in 1980 and cater for a wide range of clients providing engineering services for Residential, Commercial, Civil and Geotechnical projects. Structerre's primary goal is to provide affordable and efficient specialist engineering solutions, with an emphasis on safety. We value all of our clients, from owner builders and homeowners, architects, designers, developers, private investors and project managers to civil contractors and State and Local Governments. Structerre delivers safe and efficient design and engineering solutions for all of our clients' projects.

We provide design and documentation for all manner of residential buildings and additions. We provide our services to most of the large project builders in Perth, as well as exclusive builders, architects, designers, owner builders and home owners. In fact, our clients build over two thirds of WA's homes. Our Residential teams are suited to clients who are building two or more storey homes. The Residential Certifications team specialise in the design and documentation for single storey homes, patios, pools, retaining walls and much more. Our Select Service is designed for clients building two or more storey homes and require detailed consultation with an Engineer.

Utilising our own in-house developed software, our Formsteel team specialise in the engineering and detailing of cold formed steel structures. This light gauge steel is perfect for residential projects in cyclonic regions, or for those who are looking for an alternative building material.

Among other things our Site Services Division can provide field testing services for residential and commercial construction in accordance with Australian Standards AS 2870 and AS 1726. We also provide field and lab testing services including engineering materials analysis, materials classification, and compaction control.

Our Geotechnical department can provide earthworks supervision & monitoring for residential subdivisions, commercial & industrial projects. Our team also provides:

Our Project Engineering Division can handle all your jobs concerning existing structures. Our team can provide investigations & reports for:

Structerre Commercial Division can provide full structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical and geotechnical services for your project fully coordinated from within so that you, the client, have one point of contact and more importantly, confidence that all the engineering aspects of the project are being managed for you.

From the provision of small standardised details such as domestic sewerage and drainage connections through to full civil design for large subdivisions, Structerre offers a full range of civil design and consultancy services. In addition we also provide civil tender and construction management services.
