Lemnis Lighting

About

The history of Lemnis LEDs goes back a couple of decades to the city of Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Warner Philips and Frans Otten, two of the co-founders of Tendris, the cleantech incubator that hatched Lemnis Lighting, grew up there. Cousins and best friends since they were toddlers, the two are both great-grandchildren of Anton Philips, founder of Philips Lighting. Lemnis LEDs bring the beauty of saving energy (and money) to life. It's the soft, warm light you've always loved, with the forward thinking technology of an LED.

We've developed some of the leading LED bulbs in the industry, with best-in-class light distribution, and we're always working to improve. Our LEDs will work wonderfully in all kinds of everyday lighting occasions, from task lamps to overheads, accents to hallways.

Lemnis Lighting wants to enable the transition from current wasteful lighting solutions towards energy-efficient alternatives, without making concessions on customer needs. In order to have the biggest possible impact Lemnis wants to be a paragon of this transition towards energy-efficient solutions that are within reach for everyone in this world. This way, Lemnis Lighting helps consumers, businesses and policy makers reduce their CO2-footprint and save energy through new lighting solutions that employ super-energy efficient leds.

You can see this philosophy at work in the lighting products that Lemnis develops. Through dedicated business units in the fields of residential lighting, commercial lighting, public lighting and solar lighting, Lemnis markets high quality light that saves energy and lasts a generation. All of our products are best in their class, proven by being the #1 selling LED globe around the world two years in row.
