Jaydee’s Machinery is a Western Australian company located in Jandakot, a suburb of Perth. Established over 45 years ago, Jaydee’s Machinery specialises in metal fabrication machinery, and markets the flagship “Pipe Dream” tube bending machine. Other machinery sold by the company includes Single Axis and Full CNC Mandrel Bending machines, as well as second-hand machinery.

Jaydee’s Machinery provides its customers with a consultative sales service, appraising the customer’s needs and recommending the best machine to meet them. It provides a broad range of CNC Mandrel Bending machines, ranging from 16mm to 160mm diameter. Options for these machines include:

• Multiple Stack bending options

• Electric Bend Head controlled by servo

• Windows based control

• Ring rolling option (push Bending)

• 3 D Part simulation

• Optional functions, for instance Punching

Advanced options for the company’s bending machines include:

• Twin head bending machines – offering two simultaneous bends

• Sections Rolling Machines (ring rollers)

• End Forming Machines, for instance swagging or tapering operations

In addition to sales of new equipment, Jaydee’s Machinery also carries an extensive inventory of second-hand machines.

As well as sales of metal working machinery, Jaydee’s Machinery provides comprehensive operator training on all the machines it sells.
