Absolute Manufacturing produces precision components for manufacturers across a range of various industries, including but not limited to: avionics, telecommunications, biomedical science, transport and food packaging companies.

These products are CNC machined on 2 twin spindle, twin turreted machines and are produced to specific customer orders in a range of materials including brass, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic.

The service that Absolute Manufacturing provides is competitively priced and due to the unique capabilities of the equipment used by Absolute Manufacturing, set-up costs are minimal allowing a considerable advantage over our competitors.

This advanced capacity of production enables us to complete complex parts all in one operation on a continual basis. The added advantage of being able to operate unattended on longer run jobs also reduces labour costs.

Our competitors would for the majority of jobs have to complete at least 2 and sometimes up to 5 separate set-up operations resulting in increased labour costs, manual handling and delivery times.

Quality control is an integral part of the manufacturing process. Control is maintained by use of appropriate measuring equipment that is calibrated and/or replaced at regular intervals in accordance with our documented maintenance schedule.

Materials supplied, machined and treated in accordance with customers specifications at all times.
