Lucas Guitar

About

Lucas Guitar is on a quest.

A quest to create timeless and unique instruments to be played and admired for generations to come. Perhaps you've seen some of our work gracing Australian and world stages.

Lucas custom electric guitars are characterised by unique and striking natural wood finishes, and the most beautiful, robust and reliable US, Italian and German-made hardware.

Players of our guitars span numerous styles, from jazz, blues and fusion to rock and heavy heavy metal. We have a deep love for all incarnations of music and the experience, knowledge and techniques to bring your dream guitar into the material world. If you're in the Melbourne area, why not book a one-on-one workshop tour with Richard, taking in the smell of raw timber and natural oils and the buzz of being in a creative, constructive environment?

We also build off-the-shelf and custom pickups, made to suit the player. They've received rave reviews so far, and we're always busy in the lab looking for the next killer tone.

In addition, Lucas Guitar provides a high-quality setup, modification and repair service. You'll be astounded at the difference you'll see, hear and feel when your pride and joy spends a little time in our workshop.
