PAKSMART� Machinery are a proud Australian owned and managed Company that have been designing, manufacturing, selling and servicing a range packaging systems in Australia for over 15 years.

It doesn�t stop there as we continue to refine our machinery by adopting the latest servo controls for our systems.

The latest models in our Carton Machine range all benefit from the new hardware and software changes developed by PAKSMART� with more features offered than ever before.

Of course all the standard time proven features have been retained ensuring a low maintenance, long running machine with the smooth starts and stops you would expect from Servo Drives.

At PAKSMART� we are committed to product development to keep our machinery at the forefront of efficiency, reliability and ease of use. 3D CAD modeling is used to support our new developments, as well as for customising our machines to meet client�s special requirements, which is another benefit of having these machines designed and manufactured in Australia.

Our systems are used primarily in the packaging industry, including food and beverage, contract packing, pharmaceuticals and mailing houses.

Design and manufacture takes place in Sydney, with sales and service available nationally in Australia and New Zealand.

PAKSMART� PC120 Carton Machine

The PC120 is a continuous motion horizontal carton machine (Cartoner) that is capable of 120 cycles/min.

This makes it suitable for most moderate production requirements.

The PC120 is available in both automatic load (barrel cam) and hand load models.

The hand load version features a loading station that comfortably accommodates 2 operators for high speeds.

The automatic version is suitable for higher levels of automation.

PAKSMART� PC60 Carton Machine

The PC60 is a unique machine that combines the simplicity of an intermittent motion machine infeed with a high efficiency reciprocating product loader to achieve production rates of up to 60 cartons per minute.

PAKSMART� PC40 Carton Machine

An intermittent motion carton machine with automatic end loader uses the new generation servo motor drive technology to load at up to 40 cycles per minute.

The fully interlocked top to bottom safety guard doors with full opening access doors make maintenance easy.

Hygienic welded tubular stainless steel frame and anodized aluminium and hard Teflon coated components ensure stability and long life.

The PC40 has great features including one touch infeed bucket wall adjustment for rapid size change on different width products, your choice of Nordson or Robatech glue closure systems or tuck carton closure.

Famous brand components used throughout to ensure fast reliable low cost spares worldwide.

As with all our Servo drive carton machines the PC40 has a cycle stop to ensure all glued cartons are held in compression reducing carton wastage.

A generous size range suits frozen and baked foods, cereals, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, frozen meals, cake mixes and compact disks etc.

The PC40 carton applications include: - sachets, blister trays, tubes, bottles and individually wrapped and unwrapped products.

PAKSMART� PF400 High Speed Card/Leaflet Inserter

This friction feeder features high quality construction with branded components for a trouble free long life.

The Servo Control system is a positioning system which stops bang-on where you tell it to, ensuring high speed and accuracy placement at over 400 cards per minute.

It suits wrapped and unwrapped leaflets, cards, coupons, CD�s, and most other flat paper or plastic items.

The PF400 is used by the food and beverage industry, carton manufacturers, contract packers, pharmaceutical industry and mailing industry.

PAKSMART� PF300 Pick & Place Sachet Feeder

With Servo Control high speed and high accuracy placement and speeds of up to 300 per minute the PF300 is well suited to products with uneven shapes, edges and sticky or keyed together products that the PF400 would not be suited to.
