* We ask for 5 business days notice for call ups, however if something is urgent we will assist where we can.

* We do a site check the day before delivery providing we have the supervisors contact details. This involves calling the supervisor the day before to confirm everything is still ok and if they have any special delivery instructions.

* We can offer next day delivery for extra orders smaller than 2 cube if placed before 2pm. If a courier is needed due to special requirements from the site supervisor there will be an additional charge for this.

* We have our own trucks and drivers. All drivers will take site photos of the delivery once it is dropped on site to assist with any delivery discrepancies.
