Rocus

About

Rocus is unique in the way we approach and offer our services to the public, local trades and Stonemasons.

In the past when accidental damage occurred to benchtops you had little alternative for a solution, basically if your stone benchtop had been recently manufactured and installed in last 6-12 months you had access to your Stonemason very easily and pain free.

But! What if you didn't know who the manufactured was? You could call around for hours and by luck you could find a local Stonemason willing to "have a look" and hope for the best from there…

This happens for a few reasons, I'll explain. Cost and time involved in sending a Stonemason out to repair a chip is ridiculously high! Costs like fuel, hourly rate and materials, plus the time spent away from the production line back at the factory affects scheduling and profits for any stone company. All these combined factors mean that the value of a basic in home repair could cost serious $$$.

Rocus is different in this way! We are dedicated to repairs and restoration. Meaning our business is structured to suit, so the customer can save money and still receive consistent high quality service. Head over to our services and about us pages to find out more.
