Com2 Communications: Phone Systems Brisbane

About

Com2 is a Telecommunications Solutions company who specialises in business telecommunications solutions. We can integrate with any carrier, Telstra, Optus, Commander etc. to deliver a Business phone system solution designed for your needs.

Our solutions include Business Phone Systems, fixed line connections, mobile phones and wireless data, business broadband solutions and whole of business solutions that incorporate all of the above!

Our business phone system solutions include the AVAYA IP Office. The AVAYA platform allows for business of all sizes to take advantage of its fabulous features. The simple features include Auto Attendant, a function where you can put an automated call management process into place, I.e. press 1 for sales, press 2 for billing, etc.

The AVAYA IP office also features things you would not normally see in phone systems out of the box (aka you would have to pay big bucks for them!) like voice mail, voice mail to email, music on hold port (where you can plug in your own external sound files or messages on hold recordings), adhoc call Conferencing with up to 3 parties!

We believe business phones should be about getting access to the latest technology on a platform that will allow you to expand, extend out of the office, adapt to new technology. The ip office has multiple license versions which allow you to customise the system to each individual persons needs.
